LETSEMA COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMME 1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Tswelelang Cultural Dancers has initiated a Letsema programme in the rural communities within which its members reside. Letsema is a Setswana term which denotes selfless participation by a group of community individuals in the uplifting of your community, without seeking any reward.
